The Owner, David Crafts, has been in the Auto Industry for his entire life. His father, John Crafts, started teaching David at a young age and soon was involved in growing what Crafts Cars is now today. David took over the family business after John retired and has continued the reputation of excellence and integrity that Crafts Cars is still known for today. David strives for exceptional customer service as well as keeping a healthy & enjoyable work environment for all of his employees.
In David's spare time he often finds himself snowmobiling, weekends on the ocean, and well-time spent with family and friends.

shannon@craftscars.comShannon has been around the auto business her entire life. She started working for her father, David Crafts, 20 years ago and has a huge passion for the business. "I actually love coming to work every day! I'm proud of this business that my grandfather started almost 70 years ago!"
In Shannon's spare time she likes to cook, read books about personal development and health. Shannon loves to travel and has a goal of one day making it to all 50 states! So far she has been to 34! She also loves spending time with her Husband Mike and their children.

I'm proud to say I'm a fourth generation Crafts family member working here! Working here since I was 9 years old, I started washing cars in the summer on the weekends through the school year. By the time I was in High School I began taking photos for the website every day after school. Throughout High School I took Multimedia, Photography, and Auto Collision Repair classes to gain more knowledge for this profession. I've continued to take Business Management and various Internet classes that has helped over my time here.
I quickly learned more and more about the business and soon grew a tremendous appreciation for it. I have met some great people, made good friends, and have had amazing mentors to look up to. I've been extremely fortunate to work with my grandfather, David Crafts, that has taught me so much. I recently celebrated my 10 Year Anniversary here! I'm excited to see what lies ahead and I'm beyond proud to be a part of a 70-year-old family business.

Carin is our Book Keeper and Finance Manager here at Crafts Cars! Carin has been working in the "car world" for over 25 years!
We asked Carin what she likes most about her job.... "being part pf the Crafts family - our dealership is more than just a dealership... it's family!"Carin enjoys camping, watch auto racing, watching Patriots football, Celtics basketball, and Red Sox baseball. She also loves spending time her husband, George, who she has been married with for 27 years, as well as her two children Peter & Christopher!

Bob is our Wholesale Manager here at Crafts Cars! Over the 8 years Bob has been in the Auto Industry, he has enjoyed the fast-paced & ever changing environment, and is always up for a challenge.
Bob has a passion for barbecuing and smoking meat where he's always experimenting... We love when he brings in his extra food! Bob also enjoys racing, camping, and time well-spent with his loved ones.

I love cars and people - I think that's a great combination. So, there is no wonder why I am working here.
Some of my hobbies include boating, golfing, and enjoying well-spent time with my wife, Shannon, and our children.

Mike Haynes is our Service Manager here at Crafts Cars! Mike enjoys figuring out challenging problems as most mechanics do. Having over 22 years in the automotive industry, Mike has completed his ASE Master Technician course along with many other accomplishments.
After work, Mike spends most of his time stock car racing along with going for snowmobile rides.

Although she may be new in the Automotive Industry, Christine is no stranger to customer service. Having over 20 years in her profession, she will be sure to help you with a smile at the door!
Christine told us she really enjoys the people she works with. "I am so happy to have finally found a place that needed me as much as I need it!"
Is Christine's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, kayaking, along with theater performances.

Adam is one of our newest member to the Crafts Team. Adam started in the Auto Industry when he graduated high school, having over 18 years of experience. Since Adam has been here, he has really enjoyed the family atmosphere and the laid back work environment.
Hiking and spending time with his family is what Adam finds himself doing after works hours the most.

Rick is one of our Recondition Specialists here at Crafts Cars! The 4 years Rick has been here he enjoys the variety of different vehicles that comes through and how each and everyone isn't the same. Rick also enjoys the challenge of making vehicles go to showroom condition once again!
"Although I've only done recon at Crafts for 2 years, I've done Auto/Truck detailing since I was a teen; everything from dump trucks and down."
Rick's hobbies include ice fishing, fishing, camping, canoeing, and pretty much anything to do with being outdoors.
